JackStep Software Solutions, LLC was founded to help identify and fill the needs of the smaller transit organizations, whether public or private sector. David Siedentopf, founder and principal owner, has worked within the transportation community over 16 years. Beginning his transportation career as an operator for fixed route services, he continued onto project management, and regional oversight as Vice President of Operations in the private sector. David understands the limited resources smaller agencies and businesses have at their disposal. With this limitation in mind, JackStep Software Solutions, LLC established a goal to provide software development for smaller agencies based on the needs of those organizations.
JackStep Software Solutions, LLC is an emerging company, built on the “Customer First” philosophy. Here we realize although agencies and companies share certain needs, Every interaction is unique, and each opportunity and exchange of information is a connection. Each connection is important to us, and we will do everything possible to honor our connections by the way we do business both to our customers and the communities they serve.
